A lot of Christmas hangovers were run off yesterday morning when plenty of club personnel turned out in the annual SKFC Christmas Charity game at Shanowen Road.

A feature of yesterdays game was the Dunne father and son duo lining out together on the same team with the bragging rights on this occasion going to son Alfie who overshadowed Dad Darren and ended up being awarded the Man of the Match Golden Boot award.

He joins the “illustrious” list of SKFC legends who have been honoured with this award over the years.

Thanks to all who turned out and made it a great success with all proceeds going to a deserved charity.
