Mexicans In Town & Other Early Season Friendly List & Results
Colchester United Under 17’s rounded off their short visit to SKB with a 4-2 win against an SKB 15/16’s selection having suffered defeats earlier in the week to SKB 16 Premier 5-1 and SKB 17 Premier.
Our 16 Premier are in action again on Saturday afternoon in Scribblestown at 5pm when they meet Mexican side Chivas Guadalajara who are in Dublin preparing for the Milk Cup in Coleraine next month. The only other time that we played Chivas was in the N I Junior Milk Cup Final in 2007 in Ballymena – the Mexicans winning 1-0 against a top class Kevin’s side that included Jeff Hendrick, Eoin Wearen and Robert Brady.
