Today while our under 13, 14 and 15 premier teams were recording good league wins at home – 4-1, 2-1 and 3-1 respectively – our under 11’s were taking part in a high class one day tournament in Liverpool’s Academy complex.

They finished in third place having completed 6 games – winning 3, drawing 1 and losing 2.

In the group games they defeated Celtic and Wolves and drew with Liverpool, their only defeat coming against Manchester United but they turned the tables on Manchester United in the 3rd and 4th play-off game to come 3rd overall.

It was an extra special day for SKFC goalkeeper Vlad Staver who was named goalkeeper of the tournament
