SKFC / BOHEMIAN FC – RESULTS / FIXTURES UPDATE

Shanowen Road hosted its first game of the season in phase 1 of the under 14 EA Sports National League which saw UCD AFC visit to take on the home side in the fifth game of the season. In the previous four games Bohemians have won two and lost two while UCD have won three and lost one and this game turned out to be a close affair which ended with honours even at 1 – 1.

 

Sunday February 23rd saw the first official game of the renewed SKFC/BOHEMIAN partnership take place when the under 14 EA Sports National League Group A game was played at the Greystones United AFC grounds – Woodlands between Bohemian FC and Bray Wanderers.

Group A consists of Bohemian FC, Bray Wanderers, Wexford Youths, Klub Kildare, UCD AFC and Shamrock Rovers.

A 6-3 win in their first game v Bray Wanderers in which 5 ex St Kevin’s players were part of the squad – Jamie Fox, Rocco Lawlor, Sam McKenna, Travis Keddy and Conor Walsh got the season off to a good start.

Phase 1 fixtures (and results) are;

Bray Wanderers away February 23rd. Won 6-3.

Shamrock Rovers home March 2nd. Lost 2-0.

Wexford Youths away March 9th. Lost 1-0.

Klub Kildare away March 16th. Won 2-0.

UCD AFC home March 23rd Shanowen Road. Drew 1-1.

Bray Wanderers home April 9th Oscar Traynor Road.Won 4-1.

Shamrock Rovers away April 13th.

Wexford Youths home April 27th Shanowen Road.

Klub Kildare home May 4th Shanowen Road

UCD AFC away May 11th
